I believe in a flexible dieting approach to nutrition. You should be able to eat the foods you love and see the results you want!

I will never tell you you can't have something. Instead, I will teach you how to incorporate your favorite foods to help you fuel your body properly to optimize energy, sleep, and training.

Working with me, you will not get a cookie-cutter meal plan, or a quick-fix weight loss program. Instead, you will learn how to create sustainable nutrition habits that you will be able to take with you long after our time together. You can rest assured knowing you will receive an individualized program because no two people are the same. Every person is different and has different needs, likes, dislikes, schedules, etc.

Weekly 1:1 check-ins to discuss goals, wins, and challenges of the week! This is the time we take each week to talk about YOU and create a customized plan for success while incorporating a flexible dieting or behavior-based approach.
